The Marital Mindset Masterclass (Online Course)

Best for couples who:

• Prefer to work at their own pace

• Want expert guidance and tools without the cost of private sessions

• Are living outside of Florida (I can only offer counseling to couples in the state of Florida due to licensing restrictions)

• Are already in a healthy relationship and want to strengthen their foundation

• Need to meet Florida’s premarital course requirement

The course will be educational in nature and accessible to couples anywhere, regardless of location. It will be an affordable, flexible option—especially great for budget-conscious couples who still want to be proactive and intentional about preparing for marriage. Please note, this course is currently in development. I do not have a confirmed release date at this time as I am on maternity leave, but my hope is to continue building this resource thoughtfully and make it available later this year.

Individualized Premarital Counseling (Florida only)

Best for couples who:

• Reside in the state of Florida (due to state licensing laws)

• Are navigating more complex dynamics (e.g. trust issues, family conflict, emotional distance, past trauma, are more high conflict or have trouble communicating respectfully)

• Want personalized, live support and feedback tailored to your unique relationship

• Prefer the structure and accountability of working with a therapist in real-time

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida, I can only provide counseling to Florida residents. Florida residents have the choice between counseling and the online course, but for all other couples out-of-state, the course is a great starting point for growth and insight.
